Sara Johnson, LMT, graduated from universal College of healing arts in Omaha Nebraska in 2012. Started at Avani in November 2019. I love how every client brings a new challenge and I love educating my clients about how massage therapy works to make them feel their best. I specialize in helping people’s bodies to move more freely so they can enjoy life to the fullest, whether that’s maintenance massage, post injury or surgery work, whiplash, or improving muscle performance, I do this by finding areas in my client’s soft tissue that isn’t moving as well as it could and improve individual muscle mobility.

I think everybody needs to get a 90 minute massage from Avani! My saying- Age is measured in digits, life is measured by experiences. I’m hopelessly addicted to my husband, 4 kids, coffee, my work, fundraising, fresh air, and eating good food.
